Get to Know Clinical Director, Ms. Rahil Roussos!

One of our stellar Clinical Directors is Rahil Roussos, MA, BCBA – we are sharing her bio today to highlight her experience and her dedicated work with BAE.

Ms. Rahil Roussos is a Clinical Director for Behavior and Education Inc. Rahil oversees programs in the South Bay Beach Cities and in the Los Angeles area.

Rahil received her Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pepperdine, and her B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Rahil has a wealth of experience working with children and adults with impairments in communication skills, social interactions, life skills, and challenging behavior in the home, school and community. Rahil has extensive training in the use of Discrete Trial Training, Pivotal Response Training, and Functional Communication Training.

Rahil is very active in the autism community. She holds memberships in the California Association for Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis Intervention. She participates in CalAba Association for Behavior Analysis International, and the Autism Society of Los Angeles Self-Determination Speaker Series. Rahil was a guest speaker sharing her ABA expertise at the ARC conference in Los Angeles. She also participated in the Compton Advisory Committee (2014-2015).

Rahil’s passion at work is creating programs that improve the quality of life for the families that BAE serves, as well as creating programs that families can support outside of therapy.

In her free time, Rahil enjoys spending time in the South Bay community with her husband and three boys.

Excitement is in the air!

Behavior and Education Inc. has moved and is in the midst of setting up a new office in Sherman Oaks!

27 dedicated staff members will be based out of the Sherman Oaks office, which will service the San Fernando Valley and parts of Los Angeles.

The Sherman Oaks team is seeking one more great team member to join as a Supervisor. Positions available within the BAE offices are posted on our website at

Introducing Dr. Barbara Endlich!

In honor of International Women’s Day, we would like to recognize the co-leader at the helm of BAE by sharing her story, experience, and passion. Introducing Dr Barbara Endlich!

Dr. Barbara Endlich is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst specializing in the treatment of children with autism. Barbara is a co-founder of Behavior and Education Inc. (BAE) and serves as the Executive Director.

Barbara has been practicing Applied Behavior Analysis in the Los Angeles area since 1999. Starting out as a Behavior Therapist, she found a passion for working with families impacted by autism. Barbara has dedicated her career to autism and ABA. She co-founded BAE in 2008 with Mr. Todd Endlich, with the goal of offering innovative ABA programs within a strong family centered approach. In 2016, BAE was honored with an Award of Distinction by the Behavioral Health Center of Excellence, recognizing the organization as a top behavioral service provider in the United States.

Certified as an autism specialist and Doctoral level board certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D), Barbara emphasizes the use of empirically validated treatment procedures to improve the quality of life for individuals and their families. Barbara obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University at Long Beach, Masters of Science degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from California State University at Los Angeles, and her Doctoral degree in Psychology from California Southern University. In her Doctoral project, Barbara studied the use of ABA interventions to address feeding problems in children with autism.

Barbara spent seven years as an adjunct professor for the University of Florida teaching graduate level BCBA coursework. She has also taught numerous large scale professional development trainings for school districts. Barbara has also presented her research, along with other industry ABA leaders, at several conventions across the US.

Barbara participates actively in the ABA community, and is a member of the California Consortium for Behavior Analysis (CCBA).

Barbara is passionate about the work she leads at BAE. She is committed to creating a great place to work, and building strong relationships with BAE employees. Barbara’s drive at work is to ensure that progressive ABA programs and highly skilled staff combine to make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals BAE works with, as well as their families.

When she is not at work, Barbara enjoys family time with husband and two young children. She lives in sunny Manhattan Beach.

Academy Awards Honors the Autistic Subject of the Documentary “Life Animated”
